Walkerswood Caribbean Foods started in 1978 with two guys selling jerk pork at the side of a road. Walkerswood is the name of a village in St Ann's Jamaica. Today the company employs more than 80 people. All produce is grown locally .

Green seasoning is a Caribbean tradition and a Jamaican favourite. A blend of fresh local herbs and spices that will infuse flavour into any savoury dish. Best rubbed into your favourite proteins a few hours before cooking.
