Partners Colin Harrison and Paulette Griffiths run a small, friendly, family-run business, located in Nottingham, with a combined total of 12 years of baking experience. They have dedicated years to perfecting our cake recipes, to the delight of friends, family and small businesses, producing the finest Caribbean fruit cake which has graced the shelves of Harrods in London.

Harrison & Griffiths fruit cakes are inspired by their Jamaican and Trinidadian heritage of comforting aromas and flavours of mixed spices, combined with the rich, sweet, mellow taste of the ruby wine and the distinct taste of the white rum, trapped in a luxurious, light, soft, and moist fruit cake of the highest quality.

Ingredients: Sugar, Margarine, Flour, Eggs, Blended Mixed Fruit, Lemon Juice, Browning, Wine, White Rum, Vanilla Extract, Baking Powder, Cinnamon, Mixed Spice, Nutmeg.

Note: Some of the ingredients used may have been produced stored or packed in the same environment as nuts, although we do not use nuts in all our cake recipes there may still contain traces of nuts.
