It is the only French Caribbean island to have an AOC appellation, which they received in 1996. With more than 125 years of tradition, Rhum Clement is the no.1 selling Rhum Agricole, produced in Le Francois, Lowland Martinique producing rhums with great elegance. 

Rhum Clément white rum is made from the best selection of the finest sugarcane from Habitation Clement. The sugarcane is harvested as low to the ground as possible in order to get the highest concentration of sucrose. The distillery is within view of the fields to ensure freshness.
