Due to the unprecedented impact of the Covid-19 virus and exceptionally high demand for our service your deliveries will take longer than usual.

All deliveries will take at least 10 days from the date when you placed your order.

Please note that some products may be unavailable at short notice.

Our couriers will deliver to your doorstep as usual but will maintain social distance. You will not need to sign any handheld device.

Where possible our couriers will deliver to a safe place when requested. They will take an image of the despatch note to confirm safe delivery and where necessary they will send you a message to confirm where the order has been placed.

We will aim deliver your orders as soon as we can. Please contact our Customer Services and Social Media teams for any queries concerning your deliveries.
