Walkerswood Caribbean Foods started in 1978 with two guys selling jerk pork at the side of a road. Walkerswood is the name of a village in St Ann's Jamaica. Today the company employs more than 80 people. All produce is grown locally .

Jerking is a uniquely Jamaican way of cooking seasoned meat, poultry, fish or pork slowly over a fire-pit of pimento wood.The combination of scallions, hot peppers and aromatic spices gives your favourite meat or poultry dishes that extra special Jamaican jerk flavour.
