Jamaican Rum Punch

Rum punch is a delightful summer(or any season) fruit cocktail with few ingredients that will take you to the warm beaches of the Caribbean.

  • 2 cups (500ml) pineapple juice
  • 1 cup (250ml) orange juice
  • 1 cup (250ml) mango juice
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) grenadine
  • 1 and 1/2 cups (375ml) rum
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) lime juice
  • lime wheels, pineapple slices and Maraschino cherries for garnish

1. Step

Combine all ingredients (except for garnishes) in a pitcher and store in a refrigerator until ready to serve.

2. Step

Garnish each ice-filled glass with a lime wheel, pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry and pour in the punch, serve and enjoy.
